What is fear and how does it damage life goals?

Fear in itself is a weakness of the brain that grows with our power of thinking or lack of acting. All over the world, all people have their categorial fears themselves. Some people scare of darkness, some are scared of light, some others get scared of loudness, and some feel fearful in silence. However mostly people pet the fear by thinking about others’ reactions or responses when they come out of their silence to show or work on their goals.

This type of fear stops you to grow or arise up for a brighter lifestyle. Like if you want to do anything in life, you first think that what people say if you do this. Many fears can let you down if you water them like a plant. Here are some listed:

  • Fear of losing a relationship: the main thing that can create a fantasy in your life is your favorite relationship, I .e mother, father, spouse, friends, close one, etc. This fear keeps you in pain forever. When you think you cannot live without that relationship, especially if that person is your companion in life. That relationship makes you feel dead in life. Such type of fear cut your wings to live in or even breathe in.
  • Fear of people‘s behavior: people in life can give you lessons or suggestions for further steps. It happens only when you start to giving response to people’s all behavioral questions. Each step keeps you the question of how people will react to your step. That fear stops your goals to achieved and stops you forever. While some people don’t matter in your life.
  • Brain self-made fears: many categories come in this platform like you fear darkness, unholy things, giants, witches, shadows, black things, and much more. But most people are victims of these fears. This only come existing by your brain overthinking.
  • Fear of losing respect: when you feel your deeds can harm your level of respect, you suffer uncertainty in any deed to do so. Because fears only increase up inside. Without taking any risk you consider its results negative and stop you from doing any good deed.
  • Fear of breaking up the emotional relationship with your loved one makes you feel weak, solo, and insure about all things. The slaying of emotions increases the fear of losing someone in love. That fear keeps you to death in some ways. People get hurt and die emotionally in life. So this fear also kills the feelings and lets you down.

How to treat these fears in life?

Everyone in life circle faces many fears, some are enough strong to battle against them, but most of them cannot fight against their fears and let themselves down forever.

Some of the clues can help you fight against your fears and take toward a life full of adventures and benefits in the future. here have a look please:

  1. Change fear into dear: firstly make a mind which of matter can let you scared. Then start planning against that fear and prepare your mind to kill that. Love your fear and make it your step toward success. Firstly do battle against that.
  2. Make a list of fears: make a list of fears and think about how they take place in your mind. Who is its key? Which thing make you weak among people? The analysis then gives it a positive thought.
  3. Boost your brain against fears: when you make a list of fear, prepare your strength for battling that.

Remember that:

Fear only comes in life when we allow that to come in. We water them, we plant them, we grow them. Our point of thinking should be this, how we handle them, we made them. So we should handle them. Are you allow fear to kill your life? No, we will allow ourselves to handle them and confidentially handle them and let them weak inside us. Because we are special creatures, we can do it.

If we do mistakes, keep in mind that each person does mistakes. Then why do we get scared of people? Don’t allow anyone to handle and move on with your life. Make your pattern, and live your life according to your decisions.
