The worldwide great invention of the internet overcame the world with its superb, extraordinary functions and services. With the internet, we get excessive knowledge and extra benefits with time.
It becomes the source of income for the majority, it eases people’s hard work into the short term. It stores everything we need to store in our memory. It has countless benefits and changes life into modernity.

How does the Internet impact on life?
Indeed, the internet invents awesome changes in our lives, but on the other side, it impacts life like a ghost. Here are some key points about how it changes life modes:
Internet makes us lazy:

We are created by in a shape that if we don’t work physically hard, we cannot meet the treasure of health that comes out of the hardworking activities.
Internet hold the whole activities into its services and it makes us lazy whole day.
We sit whole day, spend extreme time watching at screen. This routine make us idle and we ain’t capable to fight in war even with a person.
Internet snatches social relationships:

Once before the internet, people spent face-to-face time with one another. They met and respected others in a happy mood.
With the Internet, we stop meeting anyone, as it addicts us to more screening users and we forget how to deal with the people living around us.

The invention of the internet smashed our focus, it blurred and didn’t let us active anymore.

Have you ever thought about why we speak, cry, smile, shout, anger, and sleep?
We speak: speaking is a huge power, we pay words and it has a great sign to lighten our heart burden.

We cry: crying may not be well, but do you know why we cry? The tears have the power to shed all stress and fatigue down from the brain and enlighten our burdened condition.

We smile: a smile is also a therapy, yes, even psychology says that if you are not happy, just make a fake smile, it also reduces your saddened mood and cheers your face with shine

We Shout and anger: it may be not good to shout and get angry at wanted or unwanted things, but it is also a therapy that removes our frustration.

We sleep: all the above, sleep is a 100% strong and healthiest therapy God has gifted to us. When we sleep, we become able to fight against many diseases, traumas, panics, stress, frustration, fatigue, body pain, unhealthy issues, etc.

Internet cons:
The Internet has given many benefits but all our healthy lifestyles have gone somewhere. All the above-mentioned therapies are only made for use time by time. But we lost them by keeping ourselves quiet, alone, out of social activities.
With the addiction to using the internet, we become screeners. We don’t speak, so frustration stays inside the heart, we don’t cry because we don’t have time to cry, and we become sick. we day by day getting weak and unhealthy due to screening time so we are sick by physical and mental health.

I remember life before the internet:

Life is beautiful, it was created and gifted by God’s will, before screening and the internet, life was beautiful. At least at that time people were meeting, hugging, gossiping and giggling. Nobody was known too much about anyone’s life. Everyone was private and happy.
Now, fame is just, sharing your privacy and personal life with others via the internet with fake smiles while happiness is gone.
We are mostly fake now.😔

Indeed, we are fake now. The reality is that we lose ourselves and we become sick by mind.
Remember:
In life, we adopt many things to ease us, but we should never make them life and be involved deeply with them.
We shout sort out our routines and keep beautiful moments and addictions back to our present life. So that we will be satisfied.
For example,

•> if we use the internet, we should also give time to social activities and take some gatherings and gossip to feel relaxed in our minds.
•> If we use mobiles, we should place them separately from us and use our hands for some games and sports.
•> If we spend most of our time quietly, we should sing a song and gossip with family. It reduces our fatigue.
•> if sometimes you need to cry, go to the washroom and cry. It’s not a weakness, it’s a power.
•> if you cry in front of someone else, it can be a weakness. But crying isn’t a weakness.
Life before the internet was amazing. And now it can be if we manage ourselves with our addictions and nostalgia moments.
