What are the most important things needed to live a good life?

Indeed, life depends on different availabilities which we need to spend better life. Its a mango thing every person need to do so. But i have objection on it. Like we all need some luxurious life things to spend on but actually we all need peace.

A woman hold domestic life while a man hold the social life, that isn’t enough. The main thing that hold the peace of home, peace of better life is mental health. If we are not mentally strong, we cannot lead better life, cannot grow up children well.

Here are some basic issues that ruin life good circle;

Conflicts:

No doubt tech increases the knowledge and run life super fast, but it also become the reason of conflicts among families.  Most of our time spend on screens and forget the people who live around us and we also forgotten by the people with whom we live. So the section of understanding to one another has been ruined. When understanding ruined, conflicts take higher step to prevails everywhere. That’s why peace of mind ended.

Sleep disorders:

Everyone i.e children, youngsters, elder and older all spend their most of time in screening, even forget to know when night appears. We awake whole day and night and sleep less of time in daily basis.

That sleep disorders kills our mental health and our focus undefined so we become restless and absent from the things we should take for healthy life style.

Low communication:

The really major point which become the super task for everyone is low communication. If God has made tongue and voice, these are the organs to embrace opportunities, healthy ideas, reduce stress, and give satisfaction. Because of screening and low communication we become sick and cannot manage the problems in time. That’s why we start to quarrelled with one another and peace destryoed.

How to deal with unhealthy situations and how to make peaceful mind?

Our main point to living a life is all time screening, in this situation we forget the sleep, we forget to take meals in time, we leave friends, families behind the butt and we stop living well.

The cause is excessive screening and considering it a life. While it should only the part of life, not overall life.

Everything hold on our mind set. If we think we live it better, all the organs start to working on it. but if we decided to destroy ourselves, our all body vessels and parts start to working on this thinking’s.

I am not saying this myself but science says.

So prepare yourself if you do love to your life, and your family.

Make your mind healthy, and make it more healthy by dilevering healthy and successful ideal thoughts toward others.

Some important things that needed to live good life;

• ) Give time to your family, at any cost. Listen them, and find the best ways to solute their issues. You will find best peace. If you are surnamed, use it as a holder.

•) Always buy healthy meals ,food, to your family, eat them altogether, the gossip during meals always give you smiles. And smile is a therapy to reduce stress.

•) Screening is necessary but not a life. Never give importance to it infront of family members. Give time to them manage screening too.

•) You must listened it, ” as you sow, so shall you reap.” . So do efforts for yourself, keep in mind, what do you need in future. So sow it.

•) Healthy seeds grow healthy tree faster. So take care of yourself.


Might things can give good life, like the life full of luxuries is a dream. But if you are not healthy, and you don’t have peace at home or in mind, luxuries cannot support you to live good life.
