What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?
The best time in life comes with some important rules such as eating well, sleeping on time, waking up early, and doing some exercises. That is the way a man is born to follow up. Maybe all of you can be doing the same in routines. But the irregularities come into fate for me.

The heavy time of COVID-19 has come with some pros and cons. In that time when everywhere restrictions ruled over the world, we found time to spend with family. It was such a great pros we found out.

But the cons of the time is, that all domestic and essential routines had been stopped. At that time only sleeping, resting, and was spending most of my time on social media.
The routines we faced at that time are still in a pocket.
I try to make the best sleeping and waking time, but all in vain.
I wake up at 10 am and sleep at 2 am. And this is the worst routine ever.
