Create an emergency preparedness plan.
Dear Prompt, all of us are used to making many plans but when time appears in emergency, all plans fade away. The reason is that it is true we make plans or prepare for emergencies, but each moment of emergency has a different situation on time. So that is why our planning doesn’t meet the target we planned to.

So I have just some emergency keys that might not to set up but remain in mind.
1- First of all, don’t panic;
Sudden panic attacks may ruin your mental health, but you cannot be capable of finding the solution to your emergency. It’s all-natural. We meet with emergencies many times in life, so we can’t run away from this. Instead, we should keep in mind that it has happened and how to deal with it.

2- Take a long breathe, and do whatever your brain responding to you:
In an emergency, most of us are stuck in deep silence. We were scared, so we panicked. During that time, the brain started to work over fast. So whatever comes to your mind, just do it, but never stress out.

3- Be a leader of the moment;
Instead of being panicked or weak, take a long breather and become the leader of the moment. Think like a leader and act upon it.

4- Never shy to ask for help;
People are egoistic or scared to ask for help when they need help in an emergency, that moment is higher in need of help, so never think about how to ask for help.

5- Always speak to God in a whisper;
Listen, where does emergency come from? It’s our fate to meet different tests in life, and all those come from God. If you are in trouble, never forget to talk and whisper with God and ask for help.

These are common sense acts we all should be use in an emergency and these are default acts that applicable to all different emergencies. So that’s my way to do it in an emergency. Hope yours too.
