What technology would you be better off without, and why?

Mobile phones are undeniably useful tools in today’s world, but their effects can be seen as a double-edged sword. On one hand, 30% of mobile phone usage offers significant benefits, such as easy communication, access to information, and tools for learning and productivity. However, the remaining 70% of mobile phone use has harmful consequences, particularly for children. Excessive screen time can damage their physical health by reducing physical activity and promoting a sedentary lifestyle. It can also interfere with their social development, as children may prioritize digital interactions over real-life engagement with family and friends. While mobile phones offer recognition and convenience, we must be mindful of their negative impacts, especially on younger generations.

So once, I would be better off without it because I need my children to grow better with physical and brain brain-boosting activities.
