What is one thing you would change about yourself?
Our worst habit is ” WE CHALLENGE NATURE AND GET WORRIED.”

Nature is profound and modified with a unique up-to-date preparation. It has a complete manual assessment for human beings. God has prepared fully beneficial, especially for humans. He created morning to wake up, night for sleep, and rest, day to work hard, and mid-day to take a nap. He settled wonderfully on what was better for us.

But we, aah, such a great enemy of ourselves, as we awake late, sleep late, take rest at the whole day and cannot set our meals set-up. So that’s why we face anxiety, depression, unstable sleep, and wasting of whole day activities.
I hate myself to be late in such activities due to late awakening in the morning. I need to change my habit because I know it’s all lost.

I need to set my mind and pray to God for help, and he let me change my habits.
