Women Work

Several types of work are in a row that women do in their routine. They do child care, nursing, and home domestic and also can do business in different categories according to their needs. 

A woman who is gainfully employed is called a working woman.

A working woman is more active than a home lady because she is handling both the office and the home at the same duration. So she manages it very well. Working at home is so reliable job as each common woman does it regularly. She ain’t face criticism, bad eye guys, insulting attitudes, and insecurity. She only faces her husband’s critical attitude or kids’ opinions in her whole day routines.

On the other side working women is the one who faces too many hurdles outside and some lacking in the home too. There are some kinds of issues she faces in public which are:

1. Public remark

Working women firstly become so bold that can create first critical remarks about them. People look at her like she is a victim doing something wrong when she comes out of her restful home for some necessary or solving for her financial problems. People always make leave remarks about her. And these remarks are the first stopper in her open travel.

2. Official discomforts

Where ever she does her job for making her life better, she sees the long crumpled way in front of her. After the public interface, she made up her mind to handle the next step of high-level criticism in the office or where she is an employee.

3. insecurities in routine

A working woman is also facing some insecurity and uncertainty in public due to her daily routine. As per she is a woman people try to harass her daily with different types of uncomfortable acts. Some try to fleer on her, some deliver bad touches, and some of them are always on target to rape her. Such cases are on-air daily in different areas. That type of insecurity in routine is mostly stopped by a woman to work outside or explore herself.

4. Misattitudes

Working women also come in front of people’s disturbing attitudes that can let them feel stressed and disappointed, that attitudes leave suppression their physical health. She falls in pain, fatigue, depression, and clingy mood. Which can trouble her handling family at home.

5. Working burden

The women who work outside are a servent so what if she has a high post in the company. But she is indeed a servant of her heads who deliver too much work upon her to cover up in due time. Sometimes she isn’t well and has enough energy to deal with the burden of work. So she becomes stressed and also their owner shouts at them without knowing their conditions.

6. Lack of family support

Working women also handle their home routines as well, but people who belong to illegible criteria are not supportive of their women for working outside of the home.

Family support is the first key that can provide a confidential vibe for working outside. Without it, women just try to survive.

Why should women do work outside

According to me :

Working full-time gives you wings, strength, confidence, bigger sense of purpose, and personal fulfillment. Having a life that is led by you personally is a great opportunity for you to build it on yourself properly.

Working women have a role model life in front of their family, kids, and relatives that can motivate them and they can also become successful people like you as well.

Complications are a part of life that each person face in their life. So I have suggested you fight against these life stoppers which involve you in problems, disappointments, and queries that can disturb your mental level and let you fall into fatigue and burden. 

So make big decisions for your life personally and make it a model for you and others too. You have great skills which can fire on the world. Make it possible.

Being a woman I suggest you never waste your life in domestic and feel absent from the entire world. Just manage your life in the home and outside equally. Never allows anyone to take decisions in your life.
