What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
With life’s so-called hurdles, we meet negativity every day. Sometimes it comes from routines, some comes from close people, and most of the time it comes from husband and wife relationships. If somebody does not favor you, or listen to you about your problems you panic and start to think negatively.
According to my strategy, I just consider that thinking negatively is your choice.

If you think or face negative, you do badly yourself. No one will be affected by this but your health to be.
My way of handling negativity
I suffered many times when I was alone, sick, depressed, and physically weak, it all happened due to people I love the most or care for.
When I realized that everything i.e happiness, smiles, ease, and positivity comes to me through my own. I hold that moment.

Now I only handle all negativity with a smile because I know the master key to handle it.
