How do you practice self-care?
A long time ago, I was merged into domestic life, where I made perfection to satisfy others. I lost myself letting people be happy all the time with me. In the meantime, I was successful in pleasing others and making them more happier and satisfied, but my life was lost forever.
With time, I saw that I had forgotten myself and people also forgot me. The people with whom I struggled, I made them feel wow, for their happiness and satisfaction I killed myself. And that is the point I met To me.
How to do self-care practice?
I made up some rules for myself, the same as I arranged for others. First practice which I did for me is:

Say No :
The first practice I started in a sense of self-care is saying No to all which I don’t want to do but I always did for others. This self-esteem powered my confidence.
Mirror Talk:
Every day I started to talk to the mirror, which I was already there. I talk to myself, my choices, my wills, my wishes, my skills, and my looks.
I realized myself more good day by day.
Polish my personality :
As I felt better, first of all, I started to polish myself by adopting a makeover, haircut, well dressed, and fragrant. This has also given me amazing results.
Nutrient myself with healthy food:
The things I did for others also started to do for me. Happy and healthy meals gave me a glow and power.
Movie, music, and social activities:
I look after myself by adopting music, movies, and social activities. With them, most of my time was spent in occupation.
Equality in relationships:
The most important thing I practiced to make self-care more boosting is, that I took care of each relationship as equally as they treat me. And you can’t believe, I get respect and value among people after this equality.

I learned and gained the best self-care and also recommend to all readers to do same what I did to me.
