Physical games I prefer:

What’s your favorite game (card, board, video, etc.)? Why?

All types of games can entertain you but they only engage your brain. But cannot active you physically. It leaves you on rest all the time, you lay, stand, and sit in even all conditions you become lazy.

Entertaining but useless

God has modified our body like a machine, it becomes useless until we use it. So according to me, physical games can fulfill our powers. Make us healthy and active. While games which played in the same sitting position can spoil you.

Entertaining and also beneficial
Moods therapy
Physical fit

I prefer, no matter if you like games, cards, boards etc, must give time to your physical activities in your routine. Not for enjoying, but for living a better life.

Thank you. But going through physical fitness is more beneficial. So also add it to routines.

Great stuff Aana. Indeed physical games are crucial for the body and they boost our health.

As for me, I enjoy running a lotπŸƒπŸƒ, I walk fast at times which is a form of exercise. Unlike these fat guys who watch TV all day getting fat instead of going out πŸ˜‚πŸ’―
